Core Team
Carolyn Tisch Blodgett
Carolyn Tisch Blodgett is the CEO and Founder of Next 3, where she oversees a portfolio of assets at the intersection of sports, technology and community. She is the Governor of Gotham FC, the New York / New Jersey National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL) team, and acts as the lead owner. Under Carolyn’s leadership, the team has seen tremendous growth - a 50% increase in fan attendance, the largest sponsorship deal in club history, and the first ever NWSL championship win. Carolyn serves on the NWSL Board of Directors, where she was selected to serve on the Executive Committee. She also acts as a strategic advisor to the Tisch Ownership Group at the New York Football Giants, supporting business growth and ownership interest.
Prior to founding Next 3, Carolyn served as Peloton’s Head of Global Marketing where she built and led the company’s first ever brand and marketing teams, including Peloton’s successful launch of record-breaking fitness products (Peloton Bike+, Tread and App), international expansion, and the transition into a global public company.
An Honors graduate of Harvard Business School and Magna Cum Laude graduate of Yale University, Carolyn has received numerous awards including the Cynopsis Sports Navigator Luminary Award, Business Insider’s 25 Most Innovative CMOs in the World, Crain’s 40 under 40, AdWeek Brand Genius Award, and AdAge 40 under 40. A passionate New York community enthusiast, Carolyn served on the Leadership Council of the Robin Hood Foundation and The Illumination Fund. Carolyn's love for all things sports, contagious energy, family and creativity is perhaps best on display as the proud mom to Penelope, Theo and Alexander, and wife to Will.

Ryan Dillon
Ryan Dillon is a Strategic Advisor to Next 3 and Gotham FC's Chief Business Officer. He also plays a critical role in Next 3's investment process bringing a seasoned operator’s perspective to the table.
Before joining Next 3, Ryan was VP of Marketing at Peloton. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in building the Peloton brand, contributing to its growth from 50k domestic subscribers to nearly 4 million worldwide. With oversight of Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, and Consumer Insights at various points, Ryan orchestrated Peloton's transformation from an unknown US bike company into the global leader in connected fitness. This led to Peloton's ranking as the #2 brand on Prophet's brand relevancy index behind Apple. Over the course of 5.5 years at Peloton, Ryan successfully launched all five of the company’s new products, spearheaded international market expansion efforts, managed numerous multi-million dollar business programs, and led dozens of global brand and performance campaigns. Particularly notable is Ryan's leadership in Peloton's real-time response, alongside Ryan Reynolds, to the unfortunate passing of Sex & the City’s Mr. Big, an initiative that generated 36 billion impressions.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Ryan's passion for sports stems from his background as a former D1 all-conference soccer player. Throughout his career, he has achieved multiple awards for his work with marquee sports properties such as The Olympics, Thursday Night Football, NCAA March Madness, and NASCAR. Ryan's contributions have been highlighted in leading publications, and he has been a featured speaker at conferences hosted by Brand Innovators, Advertising Week, and the Association of National Advertisers.
Ryan's formative years were spent in Ireland before he relocated to New York to pursue an undergraduate degree from Fordham University and later an MBA from Columbia University. He currently resides in Jersey City where spends his weekends watching Manchester United on Saturday mornings and the New York Giants on Sunday afternoons.
